About the Word “Authority”
My friend, Larken Rose, describes authority as “the most dangerous
superstition” – and has, in fact, written a wonderful little book by that title. I heartily recommend it to anyone wanting to delve deeper into the subject than the limited treatment in this article. Having said that, let’s take an intellectual peek into the meaning of the word.

The word, “authority” would appear at first glance to be a noun – though
technically it isn’t one – because it doesn’t describe or name something that can be put in a wheelbarrow. Traditionally, a noun names a person, place, or thing. In recent years some have chosen to extend the definition to include ideas – but I find this more confusing than helpful.

Instead, on the advice of the eminent linguist John Grinder, I refer to such
words as “nominalizations”. As such, a nominalization is itself an idea, but the concept so labeled usually proves, on examination, to represent an action or a process. The same can be said too of the expressions, “power over”, juris diction, and rank – as they are essentially synonyms for “authority.”
In discussing authority, the subject is further confused by the fact that, in
practice, the word has two distinct meanings.

Two Kinds of Authority
There are two meanings for the word in common usage:
1. It can mean an expert – someone who is unusually well versed in a
subject – as in “Einstein was an authority on physics”; or
2. It can mean someone who exercises power over others – as in,
“Governments have authority over their subjects”.

At the moment we are born, naked, helpless, and totally dependent, our
parents are the expert authorities responsible for our well being. We have no choice but to respect their superior strength, knowledge, and experience. In fact, our very lives depend on it. So when they say, “Don’t play in the street”, we do well to obey, and we can take some comfort in the fact that they have more expertise than we when it comes to survival in the jungle, the woods, or the city. This is a case of authority as defined in (1) above.

Unfortunately, it is all too common that parents treat their children as though their authority is of the second type – requiring obedience without regard for the child’s mental/emotional state. “Be respectful! I’m your father!” expresses a typical attitude of such a parent. This is the attitude that is usually meant by the adjective, “authoritarian”.

It is the responsibility of an ethical parent to teach their offspring what they need to know to become independent adults with good self-esteem and a strong sense of responsibility for themselves. This cannot be achieved by maintaining an authoritarian posture in relation to them. This attitude, instead, teaches fear, obedience and dependency. When the posture is based on corporal punishment, it also teaches violence – and is arguably the primary source of violence in today’s world.

An even more profound consequence of authoritarian parenting is its effect on a child’s awareness of self-ownership.

Self-Ownership Implications
As small children it is apparent to everyone that they are owned by their
parents. In school the mandate to obey is largely transferred to our teachers – making them our stand-in owners. And as employees it is easy to imagine ourselves owned by our employers. We are conditioned to accept these roles – even though they are false.

It is very convenient for those who wish to rule us to have us think that we are “free”, when we fail to recognize our own self-ownership. This distortion of our awareness causes us to regard the ruling class as our owners – and to obey its members as would slaves. The conditioning to bring this about begins when we are infants – being raised by parents who have already been trained to obey “authorities”. In reality, “authority” refers to nothing more than coercion by means of force or the threat of force. And the purpose of perpetuating the concept as something else exists only to make us easier to plunder. When we yield to this mandate, we remain permanently child-like, unwilling to take on the true responsi-bilities of adulthood. In effect, we choose our own slavery.

The Adult Quandary
Our culture makes it very easy for us to accept our serfdom – and difficult to honor truth, love, awareness, and creativity. The latter choices put us
immediately in conflict with those who wish to “rule” us, and they aren’t
hesitant to beat, pepper-spray, taser, torture, cage, and kill those who fail to comply. This makes for some difficult choices for those of us not deceived by our early conditioning.

The Unfortunate Default
While some of us maintain an uneasy balance between compliance and self-determination, most people choose, not only to comply with our self-
appointed rulers’ edicts – but to turn on those of us who don’t, by supporting violence that is directed at those of us who are free enough to recognize the falsehood of all forms of “authority”.

The Controllers and the Controlled
The intense need of psychopaths and sociopaths to control others by
exercising power over them derives primarily from the devastating abuse to which they were subjected very early in childhood. That abuse left them feeling so out of control of their lives, that to survive they had to learn to respond in kind – by becoming even more controlling than their abusers. To date there is no known way to heal the results of such abuse.

So, What Is “Authority” and What Can Be Done to Correct for It? The mythology that underpins our subservience to “authority” is no different
today than it was when monarchs claimed the “divine right of kings”. It is
based on the fictional notion that some people have an unassailable right to control the lives of others. In order to gain our freedom from such slavery we must first recognize it for the big lie that it is. The primary mechanism of “authority” is hierarchy.

We know now how to create non-hierarchic organizations that are both ethical and effective. This new model makes the old one obsolete. If there is a key that will end our servitude, this is it.

John McCain and Henry Kissinger are Low Life Scums

By Medea Benjamin January 31, 2015 “ICH”

Insane Senator John McCain denounced CodePink activists as “low-life scum” for holding up signs reading “Arrest Kissinger for War Crimes” and dangling handcuffs next to Henry Kissinger’s head during a Senate hearing on January 29. McCain called the demonstration “disgraceful, outrageous and despicable,” accused the protesters of “physically intimidating” Kissinger and apologized profusely to his friend for this “deeply troubling incident.”

But if Senator McCain was really concerned about physical intimidation, perhaps he should have conjured up the memory of the gentle Chilean singer/songwriter Victor Jara. After Kissinger facilitated the September 11, 1973 coup against Salvador Allende that brought the ruthless Augusto Pinochet to power, Victor Jara and 5,000 others were rounded up in Chile’s National Stadium. Jara’s hands were smashed and his nails torn off; the sadistic guards then ordered him to play his guitar. Jara was later found dumped on the street, his dead body riddled with gunshot wounds and signs of torture. Despite warnings by senior US officials that thousands of Chileans were being tortured and slaughtered, then Secretary of State Kissinger told Pinochet, “You did a great service to the West in overthrowing Allende.”

Rather than calling peaceful protesters “despicable,” perhaps Senator McCain should have used that term to describe Kissinger’s role in the brutal 1975 Indonesian invasion of East Timor, which took place just hours after Kissinger and President Ford visited Indonesia. They had given the Indonesian strongman the US green light—and the weapons—for an invasion that led to a 25-year occupation in which over 100,000 soldiers and civilians were killed or starved to death. The UN’s Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation in East Timor (CAVR) stated that U.S. “political and military support were fundamental to the Indonesian invasion and occupation” of East Timor. If McCain could stomach it, he could have read the report by the UN Commission on Human Rights describing the horrific consequences of that invasion. It includes gang rape of female detainees following periods of prolonged sexual torture; placing women in tanks of water for prolonged periods, including submerging their heads, before being raped; the use of snakes to instill terror during sexual torture; and the mutilation of women’s sexual organs, including insertion of batteries into vaginas and burning nipples and genitals with cigarettes. Talk about physical intimidation, Senator McCain! You might think that McCain, who suffered tremendously in Vietnam, might be more sensitive to Kissinger’s role in prolonging that war.

From 1969 through 1973, it was Kissinger, along with President Nixon, who oversaw the slaughter in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos—killing perhaps one million during this period. He gave the order for the secret bombing of Cambodia. Kissinger is heard on tape saying, “[Nixon] wants a massive bombing campaign in Cambodia. He doesn’t want to hear anything about it. It’s an order, to be done. Anything that flies or anything that moves.” Senator McCain could have taken the easy route by simply reading the meticulously researched book by the late Christopher Hitchens, The Trial of Henry Kissinger. Writing as a prosecutor before an international court of law, Hitchens skewers Kissinger for ordering or sanctioning the destruction of civilian populations, the assassination of “unfriendly” politicians and the kidnapping and disappearance of soldiers, journalists and clerics who got in his way. He holds Kissinger responsible for war crimes that range from the deliberate mass killings of civilian populations in Indochina, to collusion in mass murder and assassination in Bangladesh, the overthrow of the democratically elected government in Chile, and the incitement and enabling of genocide in East Timor. McCain could have also perused the warrant issued by French Judge Roger Le Loire to have Kissinger appear before his court. When the French served Kissinger with summons in 2001 at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, Kissinger fled the country. More indictments followed from Spain, Argentina, Uruguay—even a civil suit in Washington DC.

Hitchens was disgusted by the way Henry Kissinger was treated as a respected statesman. He would have been appalled by Senator McCain’s obsequious attitude. “Kissinger should have the door shut in his face by every decent person and should be shamed, ostracized, and excluded,” Hitchens said. “No more dinners in his honor; no more respectful audiences for his absurdly overpriced public appearances; no more smirking photographs with hostesses and celebrities; no more soliciting of his worthless opinions by sycophantic editors and producers.” Rather than fawning on him, Hitchens suggested, “why don’t you arrest him?” Hitchens’ words were lost on Senator McCain, who preferred fawning to accountability. That’s where CodePink comes in. If we can’t get Kissinger before a court of law, at least we can show—with words and banners—that there are Americans who remember, Americans who empathize with the man’s many victims, Americans who have a conscience. While McCain called us disgraceful, what is really disgraceful is the Senate calling in a tired old war criminal to testify about “Global Challenges and the U.S. National Security Strategy.” After horribly tragic failed wars, not just in Vietnam but over the last decade in Iraq and Afghanistan, it’s time for the US leaders like John McCain to bring in fresh faces and fresh ideas. We owe it to the next generation that will be cleaning up the bloody legacy left behind by Kissinger for years to come.

“IT STOPS HERE.”

“It stops here.”

So declared Eric Garner, vendor of “loosies” — individual cigarettes sold to evade New York state and New York City’s deliberately punitive tobacco taxes. He continued, “I’m minding my business, officer. I’m minding my business. Please just leave me alone. I told you the last time. Please, please, please don’t touch me. Do not touch me.”

Those weren’t quite his last words. As we all know by now, his last were, “I can’t breathe!” — repeated over and over again until he passed out from a chokehold and chest compression, then died as both police and EMTs stood around, indifferent to his suffering, his condition, and his eventual fate.

The EMTs were disciplined for their unprofessionalism and callousness. The man who jumped Garner and initiated his death — we also all know by now — was exonerated by a grand jury. Not even charged with manslaughter — a fact that even the most pro-police conservatives found shocking and liberals and hard-core freedomistas were outraged by.

Never mind that the man in question violently attacked Garner over nothing more than a fed-up, weary verbal protest at being constantly hassled for such a petty (and very libertarian) “crime.” Never mind that he used a chokehold forbidden to NYC police officers for the last 20 years. Never mind that he and his fellow officers held the overweight, unhealthy Garner on the ground in a way that their own police bulletins told them could be deadly. Never mind that he and his accomplices put out an initial story that Garner had died of a simple heart attack, nothing to do with their treatment of him at all, a tale quite at odds with the medical examiner’s report.

Officer Daniel Pantaleo now says he’s sorry and that he prays for Mr. Garner and his family every day.

I guess that makes it okay.

—–

Garner was killed last July. Twelve-year-old Tamir Rice was removed from life more recently. So we don’t know yet whether his killer, Officer Timothy Loehmann, is prayerfully sorry or will pretend to be. We don’t know what his “official” cover story is. We don’t know whether Officer Loehmann will get off Scot-free or receive a token wrist-slap. (If I were a betting woman, I wouldn’t put money on the there ever being a murder, or even manslaughter, indictment.)

Some things we do know: Tamir Rice was shot within two seconds of Loehmann’s police car pulling up on the scene. And Loehmann was an emotionally unstable young man, who had already been declared unfit for being a police officer.

Tamir Rice was carrying an Airsoft pistol or some other type of non-firearm. Even the citizen who’d called in the original report of “a guy” carrying a gun had said the gun was “probably fake.” Evidently he assumed that officers would check the situation out rather than instantly opening fire.

We don’t know whether that crucial detail was conveyed to Loehmann and his partner. But we do know that when Loehmann was declared unfit for police work two years earlier, it was after he had an emotional meltdown during live-fire training on a pistol range. (Yes, he was reportedly broken hearted over a relationship gone wrong, but we’ve all been through that, and most of us manage to stay sane, stable, and functional on the job no matter how dark our private moments get. His bosses clearly recognized that guns, cops, and emotional instability were an ugly combo.)

Tamir Rice learned just how ugly. Too bad he had only two seconds to absorb the lesson.

A year earlier, Sonoma County (California) cops gave 13-year-old Andy Lopez a hair more time than that before slaughtering him.

It was about the same with John Crawford III, an innocent Walmart customer murdered last August by police the second they spotted him. They were acting at the behest of a lying phony 911 caller (using a tactic recommended by the Bloomberg moms). Their instantaneous, panicked slaughter was completely unjustified. But of course, being police, they got away with it.

Seems that hoplophobia overrules common sense and judgment — and that that’s just fine when the killers are in that special, exempt class of what David Codrea dubbed “only ones.”

The only ones who consistently get away with behavior that would put you or me in prison for years, if not decades.

—–

These killings have been pinned on racism (though young Andy Lopez was, in the phrase originally coined for George Zimmerman “white-Hispanic”). No doubt fear of black men has something, maybe plenty, to do with it.

The killing of Garner is being pinned on “broken-window policing” (which assumes that those who commit even petty crimes are potential murderers). No doubt that, too, has something to do with why cops feel so entitled to use monstrous force in response to tiny deeds.

Such killings have been blamed on the militarization of police forces, with its attendant mindset that all non-cops are “the enemy.” No doubt that’s true, also. (And getting some very long overdue attention.)

Blame also falls on the concept of “officer safety” — which sounds so sensible in theory but in practice gives cops permission to see themselves as helpless victims, justified in using any amount and kind of force to “protect” themselves even when nobody is threatening them.

Clearly outright hoplophobia — a sheer terror at the very existence of firearms — has to be the major explanation for slaughtering children on sight merely for holding things that look like firearms. (For generations, American kids carried and used guns, both real and fake, without being gunned down for doing so.)

But whatever the individual causes (and I think we can safely say “all of the above”), the major underlying cause for all this is still going largely unexamined (oddly enough, the extreme-left publication The Nation comes closer than anybody else to the real issue — though it ultimately dodges it).

—–

The real problem is that governments created a special class of armed enforcers to serve the requirements of politicians and that they then turned those enforcers loose to brutalize anybody they wish without personal consequences to either the officers themselves or their direct political bosses.

That they then armed their enforcers with surplus military weapons, entitled attitudes, and a belief that the rest of us are their enemies is secondary. That these enforcers are increasingly encouraged to see all firearms and all people carrying them as a special kind of enemy, to be slaughtered on sight without any evaluation or judgment of the situation — or any mercy — is a terrible, terrible, ominous and dangerous thing. But even that is secondary to the real problem: that police serve government, not citizens, and that citizens have no way to hold brutes personally responsible for their brutality.

Bottom line: By definition, more government equals more force. And less individual accountability.

Unfortunately, the current sudden outcry against police tyranny won’t change anything. Cosmetic reforms will be passed. They will accomplish little. A few individual officers might actually face a few consequences, perhaps in highly publicized federal civil rights cases. (That happened in the Rodney King case and have you seen any improvement in policing or police officers since then?)

Nothing substantial will change because the culture of immunity and impunity that rules both politics and policing will remain intact.

In fact, for gun owners, things will get worse. Police hatred and fear of guns (that is, your guns, my guns; of course not their own guns) will increase because politicians are encouraging it and the politicians are the masters. Always have been and always will be.

Non-minorities who live in fairly civilized places will continue to luck out. For a while. As official hoplophobia builds, even that bit of luck will run out.

“It stops here” is a brave declaration. In Garner’s case, it was a foolish declaration because he had no means of upholding it against the force of both trained thugs and the government that sent them.

But if those responsible for both being brutes and sending brutes among us aren’t held firmly and consistently to account for their deeds, someday citizens as weary and fed up as Eric Garner (but more organized, more powerful, and more ready) will say, “It stops here”and make that stick.

Adam Kokesh: modern day Jesus Christ

2013-10-3 2:01:56 am Atomic time too. Been listening to Fall Out Boy Sugar We’re Going Down, several times and writing an important email to my mentor Cronus, contemplating exactly how I was going to write this and motivate as many people as possible. It’s going to be a bumpy nite, I promise I will bring it all back together.  So here we go!

We’re going down, down in an earlier round
And Sugar, we’re going down swinging
I’ll be your number one with a bullet
A loaded god complex, cock it and pull it

Now, Madonna’s Immaculate Conception playing.  My second x wife, Keele, turned me on to her among other things. Wink! What a great CD every song is a hit, just like the “One” CD by the Beatles. Or how ‘bout the first 2 Boston CD’s or in my day what were called “albums”.  Gee-Zeus, they could triangulate me from that address and the start of the youtube. Quit telling them how to do it.  These are some whacked out times we are in.  Somehow we all chose it why, “‘cause we’re here, that’s a fact from Rome to Nome boy.”  Personally, I walk through the Valley of Shadow of Death fearing no evil.  And I know Neo does as well.  Not able to sleep thinking about my buddy, Neo. Locked up.  BORG agents got em.  Political prisoner.  Stood tall, didn’t run.  Crazy fucker, racks a shotgun in DC.  Of course they came to get him.  At least they didn’t black bag him.  Now Borderline is playing.

You know, Adam Kokesh is crazy, I personally know crazy, firsthand. Speaking about crazy, when you get a chance you have to watch this mind expanding movie called “Mental”.  I like to describe it as a cross between “The Matrix” and “Idiocracy”, it’s a real eye opener.  I’ll have to write about it some other time.    Now, doing Time like I did, you meet some real cards.  You gotta respect him, he does what he says he is going to do, no Shit.  That’s the Craziest kind, does what he says he says he is going to do. I live that way too.  Just ask my friends about my methods. I just don’t have the gigantic anodized gold plated uranium balls, like Adam Kokesh has.  Racking a shotgun in Washington DC.  Are you freaking kidding me?  I just ain’t that nuts.  When I tell you, I am going to do something, it motherphuking occurs, there are only 2 reasons I won’t come through:

  1. I am Dead.
  2. I am Arrested.

Neo is that kind of person.  It’s like what happens when the immovable object confronts the unstoppable force.  Didja ever think about that one?  I know, I did when I was doing time…in solitary.  Tripping.  Haha! Figured out how big a cubic light year is, in cubic inches. How long is Trillion seconds in years by hand.  Keep in mind 12 zeros.  Anyone like to take a stab at that one?  Been asking that question since I got out of the joint myself in ’86.  Of all the people I have ever asked that question, my father, who passed from Alzheimer’s, guessed the closest.  And he was way off.  Any takers? M-o-r-p-h-e-u-s(at)T-i-t-a-n-i-a-n-s dot Org, hit me up. No cheating.

That was a trip, I watched my father Joseph, who was a master machinist, a guy who was so good at his craft for his last 10 years working never scrapped a part.  In aerospace rework for god’s sakes.  He would be working on Frn$80,000 turbines with plus or minus .0001 inch and not ever scrap a part, without a standard computer.  He just used the one that was attached to his brain stem. This type of precision, not only is unheard of, many machinists would say impossible, over a 10 year period.  Of course that is all hearsay, that’s what he told me.  He told me it would give him a migraine to ever scrap a part.  One time the inspector told him his part failed, he went to the ac unit and noticed the temperature was off.  He readjusted the temperature to the correct temp and few hours later guess what… part passed.

I saw this guy, my dad, go from this insanely gifted artist, with a totally unforgiving substance: metal. If your a painter and you make a mistake, paint over it.  Your a machinist and you make a mistake take 80 grand and light it on fire! One in particular, I remember him working with was an alloy called Monel, very difficult to machine, has titanium in it.  Same ingredient they make the SR-71 Blackbird out of. Ya know, the SR-71 Blackbird has the equivalent power of 90 locomotive engines to power that bad boy.  Top speed and ceiling even today…classified.   It rips across the sky, horizon to horizon at more than 80,000 feet in less than 3 minutes, damn that’s stepping out!  To being transformed into this guy, who didn’t even know my name, to forgetting how to eat and then how to breathe.  Took his last breath with me holding on to him.  That was really whacked out.  He died from a disease that statistically men at 70 have a 1 in 2 chance of getting.  Yet we study Breast cancer!  Lol!

The perspective I gathered from that little trip is, “we may not all be beautiful, however we all, unless we die from an accident, will end up like him: 90#, in a diaper, someone feeding you, wiping your ass.”  Reality check, hope your coming home.  Hope is for idiots.  There is no Calvary, interesting choice that is where Jesus was martyred.  The Calvary has to be sent out FIRST, in order for them to come and save the day.  Here is the deal though, I am the Calvary, and you are the Calvary, and Neo is at the tip of the spear right now.  It’s only what you DO in life that matters.  Not what you hope for, what you DO. As Frodo would add at the end “God-damn-it”. Haha

These BORG agents think they are hang Neo to a tree and leave him there.  I for one am not going let that happen.  I told him brother; I got your back, anytime, anyplace, anywhere.  I don’t give a shit why, cause Neo is one of those guys who does what is says he is going to do.  He said “Elect me and I will go to Washington”.  He didn’t get elected, but he did go to Washington.  He said “I was going to lead an armed march of 10,000 to Mordor on the Potomac on July 4, 2013” well there wasn’t 10,000 there but he did lead an armed march.   He even video taped it just to make sure the dumbass BORG agents would have to see it.  Right now as of this moment 421,624 views

On the BORG Main Stream Media (BMSM), not much more than a blip about Neo’s racking of the shotgun in DC nor the arrest.  Well they said a little however, this is genuine NEWS!  A seeming normal coherent war veteran, who marginally lost his run for congress for his home state of New Mexico, had his own Russia Today (RT) TV show, terrestrial radio show host, internet radio show host.  He even plays Rugby! I know he gave me his Rugby shirt. He is one  badass sum of Guntch. (new word I just invented ha ha).  I have the distinct pleasure know him well, personally!

Haha, we ever were arrested together.  We were at the “border check point” between Arizona and California. These guys are so incompetent, they set up the “border”, Checkpoint Charlie 80 miles north of the border of Mexico!  We were en route to Peymon Mottahedeh of Freedom Law School annual Freedom Conference. I was able to hustle up a ride with Neo, Nick Barnett and Drew Phillips.  The BORG Border agents had the dogs sniff out the Mary Jane who was also in the car.  They ended up stealing a grinder that Neo had for years.  What a bunch of worthless, incompetent, losers the Border Patrol are.  Even messed with a friend of mine Pastor Anderson.  He kicked their asses in court, with the help of another friend of mine Attorney, Marc Victor

At the event Neo, is the keynote speaker and given the Freedom Award.  Neo tells the story really well.  He gets up and tells the audience about the arrest and “What privilege to be arrested such a strong group of ‘professionals'”, as he calls us each out of the audience by name.  He telling the story it is so freaking funny, I am rolling around along with most of the audience, hearing him recant the tale.  Man it is hysterical.  You got to hear him tell this one. It makes me smile even now and its 4:50:33 am.  They opened up the car and found a whole shitload of pocket constitutions and V-masks that I have been known to peddle.  It was so funny in retrospect that when we all get together one day soon it’s going to be mighty funny.

Ok, can’t deal with “Like a Virgin” switching to Rush Different stages Live -2,  Roll the Bones, for some inspiration.  Anytime I have to close a big deal this is what I listen to.  Check it out, maybe it will do the same for you too!   I have accepted the task of writing an article to generate news coverage for Neo.  I know Neo would do the same for me, take that to the bank. This article is the result of that request.  You can help too, it needs to go viral.  Roll the Bones!

We go out in the world and take our chances
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That’s the way that lady luck dances
Roll the bones

So how am I going to put this euphemism together.  I don’t know how it ends, I do know how it begins.  Who’s with me?

Time for Yoga and Lucy, thank you Libertopia!  That will help me figure it out5:33:47 am

Here we go, vertigo
Video vertigo
Test for echo

Here we go, in slo-mo
Video vertigo
Test for echo, test for echo

Follow me now, and this is a strategy:  This is a Supreme Court case.  It’s really simple: the government is  sunk. Neo will take this all the way and then they have to admit the constitution is suspended.  Ergo: the constitution and the bill of rights are in place or they are not.  There is no other way to slice it.  Period. Exclamation point! Here is the Law

2nd amendment for the united States Constitution

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

“the right of the people to keep and bear arms, Shall not be infringed”.  That’s interesting,  how does the “law” in DC override the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution supposedly the supreme law of the land?

 A breaking into; a trespass or encroachment upon; a violation of a law, regulation, contract, or right. Used especially of invasions of the rights secured by patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Goodyear Shoe Machinery Co. v. Jackson, 112 Fed. 140, 50 C. C. A. 159, 55 L. R. A. 092; Thomson-Houston Electric Co. v. Ohio Brass Co., 80 Fed. 721, 20 C. C. A. 107.

The DC “Law” sounds like an infringement to me. Law Dictionary: http://thelawdictionary.org/infringement/#ixzz2hBMA9PkW

We also have the preamble to the bill of rights.  What is a ‘preamble’ mean ida know, let’s look it up.  In my day we went into this thing called a book and looked it up.  Now we have these really kewl devices called computers and you punch it in.  Trouble is we have such mindless drivel like football, dancing with the stars, stop lights, mortgages for 30 years, sales tax, IRS and the worst of all, BORG agents.  These are the people who always want to tell you what to do.  They have guns to enforce their supposed “Authority”.  They somehow derived their “Authority” from this insane process called “Voting”.  I vote with my money, my feet, my mouth and my pen. That’s it. If you believe you are voting any other way you are deluding yourself.  Even George Carlin agrees with me!

pre·am·ble noun \prē-am-bəl,\

: a statement that is made at the beginning of something (such as a legal document) and usually gives the reasons for the parts that follow : something that comes before and leads to something else

1:  an introductory statement; especially :  the introductory part of a constitution or statute that usually states the reasons for and intent of the law

2:  an introductory fact or circumstance; especially :  one indicating what is to follow

So maybe, just maybe, we need to read the preamble to the Bill of rights to see what insights we have to the case.

The First 10 Amendments to the
Constitution as Ratified by the States

December 15, 1791

Preamble

Congress OF THE United States
begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday
the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.

Basically they are saying any government is one step away from tyranny and we need to be very careful to restrain government.  The 10 amendments are to be interpreted in that light.  Problem is now, 2013, the government wants to micro-manage every single thing human beings do except breathe…and they are working on that too.  Is there anyone out there in the world that thinks any government is doing good job?  The answer to that question is unequivocally yes!  Who are those people you ask:  very simple, the ones getting money and power from it from the government.  You see the BORG government works perfectly, that is what you are in.  Guess what? Many of  you can’t see the forest for the trees.  Think of it as a pyramid structure that suppresses, eliminates, or destroys corrective feedback.

Let’s wrap this up, I am really running outta of gas here, maybe you are too.  When I was at Libertopia, I ran into my Bernard VonNot Haus, Foster Gamble, Bob Podolsky, Clyde Cleveland, Mike Badnarik, Patrick Henryold friend Bernard Von NotHaus, who brought  us the Liberty Dollar.  It’s crazy, I know all these guys.  They still haven’t sentenced him when he was con-victed  back in March 18, 2011. Its Oct 7 2013 that’s 2 years 6 months 18 days.  Bernard holds the record for the longest un-sentenced convict.  Why is that?  HELLO!! It’s because, when they sentence him. He can go for an appeal. I promise you, Bernard will swab the decks with their asses on appeal.  Bernard is no dope, even though, to my astonishment and a whole table full of respectable people he stated, “I can find no examples of a time when the Rothschild’s as a bank never did any back dealing, they were simply doing business.”

You should have seen everyone at the table jaw drop when he said that.  Foster Gamble, Cronus, Gaia, Mercury, Patrick Henry, Paul, Athena and myself. The conversation after that one was off the chart.  Even though, everyone at the table disagreed with him, it was really awesome to be in such fine company, that we could actually have a intelligent discussion on such a subject.

Bernard is awesome!  Another Sum of a Guntch! The government has him, he’s stuck in limbo.  He’s doing good, much better off smokin’ a joint living in a house in Malibu, than being in the Joint, waiting on an appeal.  I wouldn’t want to go through that at his age.  Neo though, that’s another story.  Neo is doing this for free thinking people the world over.  Some have said he is an ego manic looking to boost his ratings.  I say to those people “YOU sit in jail looking at 10 – 20 cause YOU racked a shotgun in DC and wonder if he’s grandstanding?”.  A kind of Jesus Christ thing.  His pain, your gain. You wanting to say there was only only guy brave enough to stick his nuts on the chopping block for someone else, he didn’t know or ever meet?  Are you freaking kidding me?  He did stick it out and the BORG agents don’t have a freaking clue about what to do with it. Haha

Snowden’s got big hairy balls, Kokesh’s are way bigger. I have never felt them, don’t want to,  but Brother you Rock.  The whole house of cards is coming down.  The system is under so much pressure that anything could cause it to flip.  Guess what… we got more people than these evil Borg Agents.  Oh and guess what, BORG Agent? You violate my civil rights and that is a title 18 USC 241-242 says this is 10 years sentence.  These guys better be careful. I don’t give chances anymore.  I got my fee schedule filed on the county.  You want to violate my civil rights? You can my fee schedule says is 2 million per officer per occurrence.  You start waving that around and these people start standing at attention, really fast.

It goes back to Walking through the Valley of the Shadow of Death fearing no evil.  We are all in the valley of the shadow of Death, might as well fear no evil.  That is what it says to do.  What you don’t do however, is start waving 100 bills in the air, while you’re walking through it!  That is why the government went after Larken Rose, another hero of mine.  He taunted them, with full page ads in the New York Times – 861 dvd’s explained it all. ” Come on bring it on”, he said and you betchca baby, they did.  They slapped him in the ass with like 2 years and his wife had to do a year.  BORG Judge, Wouldn’t let Larken and  Kessa use THE LAW and his own evidence for their benefit.  They deprived him of time with his daughter.  Talk about cruel, heartless psychopaths, that is what these BORG agents are.  All they want is:  money and power.  Your in their way, watch out.  Now, that’s when doing time is really tough.

Neo doesn’t have that situation.  Sure he’s not getting laid right now.  He will when he gets out, that I assure you. Food is marginal, after a while you get used to it.  In federal, the food might be better.  You might have to kick a few guy’s asses.  I would not want to rumble with Adam even at my best.  Right before I went to solitary for 45 days the last time before I got out, I was benching 305 not quite 3 plates, not bad for a guy before I got locked up, never won a fight in my life.

Being you have read this far of my whacked out article:  Adam needs support.  He needs it today, he needs it every day. He need letters sent to him at his address.  Letters make the time go by.  I am sure a little bread on his commissary would be great, get some snacks, envelopes, stamps.  One of my Mentors on the car lot, Jerry SOS Sheldon, used to say “Life’s like a shit sandwich: the more bread you have, the less shit you have to eat.”

Here’s his address, you have been hearing me rant for quite a while now,  I am using every thing I can think of to get you to:

  1. Easiest – send this article to your friends, and if your on the CIA sponsored Facebook post there as well.
  2. Post it to your favorite blog.  I did I like FreedomsPhoenix.com, so I did. Change the title though.
  3. Send Adam a letter.  I know we don’t use this technology much anymore however, they don’t give you computer access in Jail.
  4. Have some of those federal reserve notes they pass off as money?  Send Adam some. (instructions below)

If you want to write Adam, now is the perfect time, Lets send him tons of mail, to let the prison know that we know he’s there!

Commissary money for Neo

Oh and with the money the government steals from you, this CCA facility has an “Awards”: Payne Elementary School Service Award that’s right, one award and it clearly says awards with an ‘s’ the webmaster or perhaps the self righteous warden Raymond Byrd, wrote that one.  What a bunch of maroons!

The other thing you can do is send this article to your friends, post it to your website informing them that one of our bothers is down behind enemy lines.  We don’t leave our brothers behind.  That is unless you’re Greek.  I am just kidding. Come on, that’s funny!  I’m a WOP and I am proud of my Italian ancestors being able to survive long enough to have me.  Thank you very much!

Call and email your supposed “News media” outlet.  Ask them what is going on with this Brave American Hero.  Tell them to do their freaking job or they are going to get left behind.  Ge-Zeus it was all over the news about the guy who was hearing voices and killed all those people at the naval base there.  What about the Lady who was killed in her car with her child inside. Wasn’t she hearing voices? Claiming mind control… I wouldn’t put it past them…at all.  It’s all we have been hearing about.  They were probably plants or experiments that went bad.  Sounds like Zombie’s to me.

Now we have a perfectly sane guy who gets arrested for dancing at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and then racks a Shotgun in Freedom Plaza Washington DC and youtubes it and…crickets.

Pay it forward and Rock on

Sovereign Man

June 7, 2013
Maule Region, Chile

For some, it’s hard to even fathom… as if the headlines were ripped from the Onion instead of Atlas Shrugged or 1984:

* NSA Is Wired Into Top Internet Companies’ Servers, Including Google and Facebook

* NSA reportedly collecting phone records of millions

* Former NSA head defends agency reportedly spying on millions of Americans

* US gov’t defends NSA surveillance, slams ‘reprehensible’ journalists

* The Supreme Court Authorizes DNA can be taken from anyone Arrested

Even more, just within the last few weeks we’ve seen the Justice Department confiscating news reporter phone records… the IRS caught bullying political opposition groups… and now this.

It should be as plain as day at this point. Yet some people still have a hard time understanding that they’re living under an oppressive, destructive, unaccountable government.

Most other cultures get it. If you go to Argentina, Vietnam, Italy, or China, people there have absolutely no trust or confidence in their governments.

It’s something that’s -almost- uniquely American– a lifetime of steady, bombastic propaganda that inculcates a deep belief that our system is the ‘best’.

And, even in the face of such overwhelming evidence, it’s still hard for people to break from this programming and acknowledge that their government is just as corrupt as Mexico’s… albeit slightly more sophisticated.

The politicians running the nation are sociopathic criminals, plain and simple. If you or I were to tap people’s phones or hack their Facebook accounts, or use our authority to bully opposition groups, we would be tossed in the slammer in no time… and branded by the media as moral delinquents.

Yet politicians get away with it. They even have prominent members of the press championing their criminality, like this quote from Forbes today:

“this is in fact what governments are supposed to do so I’m at something of a loss in understanding why people seem to be getting so outraged about it.”

The simple reason is because the system is a total failure.

In the ‘free world’, society is based on a principle that a tiny elite should have the power to kill. To steal. To wage war. To debase the currency. To deprive certain people of freedom. All in their sole discretion. And for the good of everyone else.

We’re just supposed to trust them to be good guys and be proficient at their jobs. And in case they happen to completely screw it up and wreck the nation, they get a pass.

It’s a completely absurd. We’re ruled by criminals, plain and simple.

This is a hard lesson for an entire society to learn, but perhaps the most important.

Unfortunately, the second lesson is even harder: that there’s absolutely nothing we can do about it.

We’ve also been led to believe that direct democracy and grassroots movements can be a force for change. Yet it rarely, if ever, happens.

Short of outright revolution, the system isn’t going to change. It has to completely crash… and hit rock bottom… before it can be rebuilt. And we’re still a loooong way off from that.

Like ancient Rome before, the Land of the Free can look forward to being governed by a long series of criminals in the foreseeable future, notwithstanding the occasional sage.

Nations rise and fall. This cycle is inevitable. And history shows that the world’s most dominant nation typically has a long, grinding decline. It’s going to take a while.

That’s why, instead of trying to change the system, it’s so important to invest time, energy, and capital in the things that set up you and your family for maximum freedom and prosperity.

You can’t stop a speeding train by standing in front of it. You just want to make sure you’re not on it as it heads towards the cliff.

Until tomorrow,

Kissenger freedomHenry Kissenger to receive award Defending Freedom & Democracy

It sounds like satire, and it would be funny if it weren’t true.

The Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum in New York City is planning to give Henry Kissinger an award on May 23rd for “defending freedom and democracy.”

No living American has done more to subvert both freedom and democracy than Mr. Kissinger.1

Kissinger worked with President Nixon to betray the U.S. Constitution by illegally bombing Cambodia without even informing Congress, and committed countless crimes against humanity through his role in dropping 3.7 million tons of bombs — twice that dropped in all of World War II — on civilian targets in Indochina.2

As someone who lived in Laos during much of the time, I interviewed more than 1,000 refugees from Kissinger’s and Nixon’s bombing in Laos. Every one reported seeing  countless loved ones and neighbors being burned and buried alive, and that their village was totally destroyed.

A Laotian farmer on the Plain of Jars wrote: “Every day and every night the planes came to drop bombs on us. We lived in holes to protect our lives. I saw my cousin die in the field of death. My heart was most disturbed and my voice called out loudly as I ran to the houses. Thus, I saw life and death for the people on account of the war of many airplanes in the region of the Plain of Jars. Until there were no houses at all. And the cows and buffalo were dead. Until everything was leveled and you could see only the red, red ground.”3

Click here if you find this less than honorable.

All told, Kissinger helped murder, maim, or make homeless an officially estimated six million human beings between 1969 and 1972 — a crime against humanity for which he would have been executed had he been subject to the  Nuremberg Judgement.

Mr. Kissinger’s entire “realpolitik” foreign policy was based on supporting brutal and undemocratic regimes that killed and tortured their own citizens.  This included overthrowing the democratically elected government of Chile and supporting genocide by Indonesia in East Timor.4

Let’s honor the memory of all the countless lives Kissinger destroyed, and support  genuine freedom and democracy.

Please join us in protesting this outrageous award.

Please forward this email widely to like-minded friends.

We Will Arrest Adam Kokesh and Open Carry Protesters

BORG AGENT Threatens ARREST

Adam Kokesh is planning an open carry march on July 4, 2013 in the heart of Mordor on the Potomac (Washington D.C.).  He and other individuals are starting the march from the Arlington Cemetery, in Arlington Virginia.  They Plan to march with rifles strapped on their backs across the Memorial Bridge, down Independence Avenue, around the Capitol, the Supreme Court, & the White House, then peacefully return to Virginia across the Memorial Bridge.

BORG Agent (District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department Chief) Cathy Lanier says she will arrest Adam Kokesh and any other individual (Dirt Bag, Enemy, Terrorist, Protester, Uppity Slave, and never seen a Nigger on a horse before!) who violate the district’s gun laws.  Actually she probably won’t be the one doing the arresting. She will likely delegate that supposed authority to subordinates, who are likely larger, meaner BORG Agents /Thugs.  In the interview Cathy states it’s ok to do civil disobedience, as long as you don’t break the laws that threaten her or her masters.  My question is how can you be disobedient unless you break a law. Duh!

What is the LAW

“Passing into the District of Columbia with loaded firearms is a violation of the law and we’ll have to treat it as such,” she told NewsChannel 8. That’s Interesting that the Bill of Rights states clearly:

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

What does the word “SHALL” mean?

As used in statutes and similar instruments, this word is generally imperative or mandatory; but it may be construed as merely permissive or directory, (as equivalent to “may,”) to carry out the legislative intention and In cases where no right or benefit to any one depends on its being taken in the imperative sense, and where no public or private right is impaired by its interpretation in the other sense. Also, as against the government, “shall” is to be construed as “may,” unless a contrary intention is manifest. See Wheeler v. Chicago, 24 111. 105, 76 Am. Dec. 736; People v. Chicago Sanitary Dist., 184 111. 597, 56 N. E. 9.”.:;: Madison v. Daley (C. C.) 58 Fed. 753; Cairo & F. R. Co. v. Ilecht, 95 U. S. 170, 24 L. Ed. 423. SHAM PLEA. See PLEA. SHARE 1082 SHERIFF

The right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL not be INFRINGED.  Lets look up the word infringed see what it means.

721, 20 C. C. A. 107.

Hmmm, let’s make sure I got this straight, the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be trespassed or encroached upon.  Wait a second, do BORG Agents (cops), in that area have guns (arms), I bet they do!  So, somewhere the is this thing called the “SUPREME LAW” stating very clearly, “the PEOPLE’s right to keep and bear arms SHALL not be infringed.  We the PEOPLE are being THREATENED  with ARREST by BORG Agents (cops), who don’t have the any rights, especially the right to keep and bear arms. These BORG agents are going to violate their oath of office by arresting PEOPLE who are being non violent? Well there is a critical step here, the BORG Agents, get PAID in Federal Reserve Notes, by the government and do whatever a whacked out psychopath tells them to do.  The Bill of Rights, doesn’t have any Federal Reserve Notes.  Too Bad…so Sad.
After their arrest, the PEOPLE, will go to a BORG administration hearing (Court). Is the BORG administration officer is going to rule in favor of the the PEOPLE?  Wrong! they will rule in favor of the BORG. Guess what?  The BORG administration officer, also gets paid in Federal Reserve Notes, as well.  Now, I get it!

Who is the Government here for?

If anyone doesn’t get it by now, let me splain…THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT HERE FOR YOU!  They are here for themselves!  We have to abandon the idea that Government can be fixed… IT WORKS PERFECTLY.  If you attempt to fix government, it will destroy you. PERIOD.
In order to get away from Government, it is necessary to ignore them.  This is something they cannot stand.  They are like referee’s and they are constantly stirring the populace to give them something to do.  Humanity needs to create organizations that make consistently Ethical Decisions.  Unanimous Ethical decisions, just like a Jury.  Divide and Conquer, this is the matrix we are in.  It’s time to break free.

Adam could be wants to take this issue up with the supreme court. I sure hope you got a plan. These BORG doesn’t like feedback, and the feedback of you and 10,000 others carrying a gun, they really dont like that.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Adam Kokesh plans to have 10,000 open carry activists march on the Capitol. Over 2,000 have so far pledged on Kokesh’s Facebook page to attend the July 4th event. Adam appeared on the Alex Jones Show on Monday to explain the march.

Inside North Korea

Cross into North Korea, one of the world’s most secretive nations, for a rare glimpse of the country and its dictator Kim Jong Il.  You will see a people so hopelessly brainwashed for generations, by one of the greatest psychopaths the world has ever seen, Kim Jong Il.  The North Korean people praise, idolize and worship their great political “Leader” for everything.  And everything is completely under his control.

The film crew interviews a family of a woman who is about to get surgery for her eyesight. The woman is asked “What is the greatest Hardship about being blind?”. Her response “That I am unable to see the image of my great “Leader” Kim Jung Il!”. inside the home not a single family picture on the walls of the home, just those of the great “Leader”  This has got to be the most scariest movie of all time.
