Less than ten seconds had passed between the time Sheriff’s Deputy Erick Gelhaus reported seeing 13 year old Andy Lopez with a toy gun, and the time he fired 8 shots into the junior high school student. The incident happened so fast, that the deputy he was training hadn’t even exited the vehicle before 7 of the 8 bullets had torn through the child’s body, killing him on the spot. They hadn’t even seen the boys face, before the last breaths he would ever take, coughed up the blood that his heart would soon cease to pump through his lifeless young body.

A witness says he heard Gelhaus yell “PUT THE GUN DOWN!” twice, but has not reported hearing the deputy identify himself. Gelhaus says he “can’t remember” if he identified himself before he ended the young boys life. It was the third death at the hands of police in the area, in less than 24 hours.

For all of you good people out there who aren’t familiar with liars and criminals, “I don’t remember” is how criminals avoid answering questions. Nobody can prove whether or not you remember something, so you can never be charged with perjury. The deputy would probably prefer to lie and say “Of course I identified myself”, but he knows there were witnesses, and his partner that day was a rookie, who he cannot trust to lie. Though a number of Sonoma County Sheriff’s vehicles are equipped with dash cams, Gelhaus’s vehicle was not, and so conveniently, there is no audio or video.

Jack Reacher: There are four types of people who join the Military / Police / Law Enforcement. For some, it’s family trade. Others are patriots, eager to serve. Next you have those who just need a job. Then there’s the kind who want the legal means of killing other people.

Gelhaus is a weapons expert, and has 24 years in with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department. Department officials say he has never fired on a suspect in over two decades of his membership in the gang. “Officials” of course try to make it out like that bodes well for the killer, but I say it means the guy knew better. From the way he reacted, you would think he never saw a gun before. He runs up behind what he believes is an armed man, yells at him, and then acts surprised when the man turns around? This guy has been a cop longer than I’ve been old enough to own a gun, and I know better than that!

What would this assassin do if he worked in a place where open carry was legal? It’s not exactly unheard of for a man to walk down the street with a rifle. Screw if this was a toy gun or not, screw that it was a child, who the hell does this guy think he is? To accost an armed man from behind, and gun him down before he has a chance to see who’s trying to disarm him? On what planet would a civilian not be charged with murder for such reckless and negligent behavior?

Perhaps it was his multiple deployments to war zones that made him so fond of murdering brown children… Gelhaus served as an infantry squad leader in Iraq in 2005. Records show that he served in the Army from 1983 to 1987, the Army Reserve from 1987 to 1995 and the Army National Guard of California from 2003 to 2010. All times during which numerous US military conflicts took place. If this is how Gelhaus behaves here at home, imagine how many innocent lives he snuffed out as an unaccountable mercenary in a foreign country. How many fishing poles did this monster “mistake” for rifles as he roamed around poor villages looking for trouble? How many children had to mop up the blood of their parents after Gelhaus and his friends decided they were “insurgents”?

Demonstrators in California are calling for charges to be filed against Gelhaus, but as of right now, he’s getting paid to not come to work.

SEAL Team 6 Crash was a HIT!

Charlie Strange, the father Michael Strange, one of the 30 Americans SEAL’s, who died Aug. 6, 2011, from a rocket-propelled grenade, asks himself and others he meets: “Was Michael, my son, was set up by someone inside the Afghan government or the US government wanting revenge on American and Afghan warriors who killed Osama bin Laden.

“Somebody was leaking to the Taliban,” said Mr. Strange, whose son intercepted communications as a Navy cryptologist. “They knew. Somebody tipped them off. There were guys in a tower. Guys on the bush line. They were sitting there, waiting. And they sent our guys right into the middle.”

He and other family members wants to know why “the fuck” (my words might even be his too) the BORG “command” sent his son into Tangi Valley toward a “hot landing zone” in a “hello freaking” cargo carrier instead of a special operations helicopter. The MH-47 and the MH-60 Black Hawk, are Hot Rod choppers, which SEAL Team 6 rode to kill bin Laden.  These flown by Night Stalker pilots who are skilled in fast, ground-hugging maneuvers to avoid detection and thus more likely to survive.  Instead the BORG “command” sent this crack group of some of the most highly trained and intelligent fighters into a Hot LZ in a “flying pickle”

Patrick Hamburger, an Army staff sergeant, also perished when the helicopter was transformed into a fireball, yards from where armed Taliban resistance fighters watched from a turret. “When you want to fly them into a valley, when you’ve got hillsides on both sides of it with houses built into sides of the valley, that is an extremely dangerous mission,” said Patrick’s father, Doug Hamburger, “The MH, the new model, they’ve got radar that will pick up an incoming missile or incoming RPG. They’re faster. They’re quicker on attack. They’re more agile. So there was every reason in the world to use the MH that night.”

Sith Douangdara, whose 26-year-old son, John, was a Navy expeditionary specialist who handled warrior dog Bart, said he has lots of unanswered questions. “I want to know why so many U.S. servicemen, especially SEALs, were assembled on one aircraft,” he said. “I want to know why the black box of the helicopter has not been found. I want to know many things.”

Let’s see now, there is a “P-A-R-T-Y” you want me to go to,  where there is going to be people shooting at me.  Normally I would go to such a “P-A-R-T-Y” with a group of MY friends  in a several armored “Hot Rod” helicopters, driven by race car drivers, equipped to easily blast away at anything that moves.  BTW, my friends and I have already gone to other “P-A-R-T-Y’s” where we have “supposedly” killed and deposed of the body of Asama bin Laden in the Ocean,  Now after doing so, we are sent out to another “P-A-R-T-Y”  in a slow lumbering “school bus” helicopter with zero armament, a vehicle not even designed for this mission, so I can easily be blasted out of the sky.  Does this seem a bit fishy to anyone?  Sure does to me.  Ah, but the story gets even BETTER!  Keep reading!

One individual says, “there is nothing to see, move along folks” is Newly PROMOTED Army Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Colt covered all issues. Gen. Colt, who has since this easily avoidable catastrophe, that ended in the unnecessary tragic deaths of 30 of America’s finest, most well trained, who happened to be guys, who supposedly killed Bin Laden.  ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!  HELLO! WAKE UP!

Normally in the “real world” when you make mistakes you are FIRED, however when you work for the BORG and make monumental FUCK UP you get PROMOTED!  This sounds like JFK or 9/11 coverup to you?  WAKE UP! Since the debacle, Colt has been promoted to Major General, he simply mentioned to commanders that his job was not to find fault and his report did not criticize any person or decision.  That’s how I work, I tell my customers what to do and they tell me get lost.  How does this Major General now tell his bosses what his job is.  Kinda like the pot, calling the kettle white.

SEALS supposedly AVENGED

Even with this mind expanding proportion of FUBARS (Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition) actions by the BORG “command” the shooter who was somehow “located” utilizing the most advanced spy planes and intercepts to locate the Taliban fighter who fired the rocket-propelled grenade that knocked down the CH-47 Aug. 6, killing all aboard.

“We were able to track his movement out of the Tangi Valley up over into Wardak [province] further over. And that’s what ultimately led to his destruction there,” a briefer told Army Brig. Gen. JeffreyColt during his JFK like Warren Commission / 9/11 post-crash investigation.

How they got their man is buried among hundreds of pages of documents released by U.S. Central Command and reviewed by Washington Times reporter Rowan Scarborough who then wrote his watered down story.

Hours after the shoot-down, the military heard a Taliban commander talking about moving the fighter who fired the RPG from Afghanistan to Pakistan. There, he would be unveiled as part of Taliban propaganda.

Intelligence located the fighter’s vehicle and followed its route until higher-ups gave approval to assassinate him.

He was often too close to civilian areas. But he finally stopped at a compound, a break for trackers that led to the dropping of an extraordinary amount of ordnance to kill one man.

“The individuals got out, moved out into an orchard area, settled into, kind of, a tree line, vegetated area, and we executed kinetic strikes with both F-16s,” the briefer said.

“I think we dropped eight 500-pounders, (that’s 2 tons folks) and then we also had Air Weapons Team – four or eight 500-pounders(1 ton – 2 tons more) and then 30 millimeter from the Air Weapons Team [AH-64 Apaches] as well. And then we got positive reflections after that we had killed the shooter and then the guy close to him … . We are absolutely confident that we killed the actual shooter, based off everything we’ve seen.”

Well this stupid “briefer” (what’s that a code word for? fabricator? ) may be correct about someone being killed however the idea that this guy was tracked by satellite and then killed by dropping 3-4 tons of bombs on his ass is a bit farfetched even for me.  This guy was DEAD, as soon as he got paid by someone, to do this job.  I bet 4 tones of bombs would level a city block…to the ground.  Oh and 30 millimeter gunfire…that stops a tank.

The briefer also revealed that a “source” –  obliviously a spy – was able to attend the funeral. Here is a recount:

“So we did have the source take photos of both the commander that was responsible and the shooter,” the briefer told Gen. Colt. Beaming as he said with Glee. “So the source went in there, had great access, was able to take photos at the funeral.” It was really important that we drop 4 tons of bombs on this guy’s head, instead of CAPTURING him and waterboarding a confession out of him.  You know I’m not in favor of torture however in this case, I wouldn’t mind, because I would be willing to bet even money that there would be many things pointing back to Major Gen. Colt and possibly other high level BORG operatives.  If this doesn’t stink to high heaven I don’t know what does.  You might want to help me cover my ass by posting this as many places as you can.

So the “Command” sends our bravest and finest into harms way in the least likely and most sub-optimal equipment, leading to their Deaths, then no stone is unturned to kill the guy who “supposedly” did it with a massive amount of bombs and then they atttend the guys funeral.  Why the Fuck, pardon my french please I am adding it for effect. Why the Fuck wasn’t he brought into find out where the leak was?  Can this be any more clear!!

A spokesman for U.S. Central Command, which oversees (‘overseas’ in original Rowan Scarborough how was this detail missed?  Seems like a proof reader would catch unless there was a dealine to get this story out, this is the Washington Times) the war (uh it’s NOT a WAR as only congress can declare WAR. and conducted the probe, declined to answer the families’ questions and referred a reporter to Gen. Colt’s report.

Finally Congress gets involved

After more than two years The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, led by Rep. Darrell E. Issa, California Republican, is finally making inquiries after meeting with some deceased SEAL members families.

Larry Klayman, who runs the nonprofit watchdog group Freedom Watch, has filed suit in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the Pentagon, as well as the Air Force, Army and Navy. He wants a judge to order the military to turn over an array of documents under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act. He said the Defense Department stonewalled his written requests, so Freedom Watch went to court last month and succeeded in forcing the government to turn over records.  We have to FORCE the public servants to give us information for this highly suspect criminal escapade?  Am I insane?

Mr. Klayman has generously allowed The Washington Times to view the military’s investigative files turned over to family members two years ago.

“The families of our fallen heroes, who I am proud to represent, need closure to this tragedy,” Mr. Klayman said. “There are many unanswered questions and the military’s explanations of the causes of the crash do not add up.”

He also wants to know the identities of Afghan soldiers aboard, and why the aircraft’s black box, washed away in a fierce rainstorm, was never found — even though it has a homing device.

Even some military personnel involved that night questioned the operations afterward. The navigator aboard the AC-130 gunship that loitered for three hours over Tangi Valley expressed in 2011 what the families are thinking today.

“One of the other things that we did talk about — kind of what you’re hitting on, sir, is about the fact that, you know, for three hours we had been burning holes in the sky,” the officer told Gen. Colt’s team. “You’ve got [Apaches] flying around, so there’s a lot of noise going on and, basically, this entire valley knows that there’s something happening in this area. So, to do an infil (opposite of exfil where you extract people out of a hot area) on the X or Y, you know, having that element of surprise in the beginning of an operation is good, but by the time we’ve been there for three hours, and the party’s up, bringing in another aircraft like that, you know, may not be the most tactically sound decision.”

The suicide / homicide “Mission”

After Gen. Colt’s report became public in September 2011, the military arranged for him to brief next of kin Oct. 12 in Little Creek, Va., home to Naval Special Warfare Development Group, popularly called SEAL Team 6. The crash took the lives of 17  SEAL’s and five special warfare development group operators, making it the worst one-day loss in the history of U.S. naval special operations.

The chopper’s manifest included five Army soldiers, three Air Force airmen, seven Afghan soldiers and one Afghan interpreter. All 38 died. Twenty-two of them, such as Petty Officer Strange, were thrown from the aircraft. The rest died inside the fireball.

The military morgue at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware reported that all succumbed within seconds. Gen. Colt said they were “most likely rapid fatalities.”

President Obama went to Dover to receive the fallen and console the families.

“Your son changed America,” Mr. Strange said the president told him. “I grabbed the president by the shoulders and said, ‘I don’t need to know about my son. I need to know what happened.” Of course we because the government acts like the Mafia and doesn’t like to talk, nothing happens except a watered down version of this Greek tragedy.

The watered down “military probe”

According to the Washington Times and Gen. Colt had the right experience to lead the probe: He is a decorated Iraq and Afghanistan veteran and career helicopter pilot, including time in the storied 160th Special Operations Regiment. He is now deputy commander of Fort Bragg, N.C.

For the families on Oct. 12, he went over his main conclusions, then his staff handed out DVDs.

But the questions the next of kin have today did not materialize until they began poring over 1,300 pages of maps, charts, briefings and interview transcripts of task force commanders and planners connected to the incident.  This is typically how information is hidden in 1300 pages of information.  I know this is what I used to do when I was a Fleet Manager at the Car Lot.  The customer wants the invoice price for a car.  I would send them a 15 page report.  It’s in there you just gotta look for it.

Been listening to Fall Out Boy Sugar We’re Going Down, several times and writing an important email to my mentor Cronus, contemplating exactly how I was going to write this and motivate as many people as possible. It’s going to be a bumpy nite, I promise I will bring it all back together.  So here we go!

Now, Madonna’s Immaculate Conception playing.  My second x wife, Keele, turned me on to her among other things. Wink! What a great CD every song is a hit, just like the “One” CD by the Beatles. Or how ‘bout the first 2 Boston CD’s or in my day what were called “albums”.  Gee-Zeus, they could triangulate me from that address and the start of the youtube. Quit telling them how to do it.  These are some whacked out times we are in.  Somehow we all chose it why, “‘cause we’re here, that’s a fact from Rome to Nome boy.”  Personally, I walk through the Valley of Shadow of Death fearing no evil.  And I know Neo does as well.  Not able to sleep thinking about my buddy, Neo. Locked up.  BORG agents got em.  Political prisoner.  Stood tall, didn’t run.  Crazy fucker, racks a shotgun in DC.  Of course they came to get him.  At least they didn’t black bag him.  Now Borderline is playing.

You know, Adam Kokesh is crazy, I personally know crazy, firsthand. Speaking about crazy, when you get a chance you have to watch this mind expanding movie called “Mental”.  I like to describe it as a cross between “The Matrix” and “Idiocracy”, it’s a real eye opener.  I’ll have to write about it some other time.    Now, doing Time like I did, you meet some real cards.  You gotta respect him, he does what he says he is going to do, no Shit.  That’s the Craziest kind, does what he says he says he is going to do. I live that way too.  Just ask my friends about my methods. I just don’t have the gigantic anodized gold plated uranium balls, like Adam Kokesh has.  Racking a shotgun in Washington DC.  Are you freaking kidding me?  I just ain’t that nuts.  When I tell you, I am going to do something, it motherphuking occurs, there are only 2 reasons I won’t come through:

  1. I am Dead.
  2. I am Arrested.

Neo is that kind of person.  It’s like what happens when the immovable object confronts the unstoppable force.  Didja ever think about that one?  I know, I did when I was doing time…in solitary.  Tripping.  Haha! Figured out how big a cubic light year is, in cubic inches. How long is Trillion seconds in years by hand.  Keep in mind 12 zeros.  Anyone like to take a stab at that one?  Been asking that question since I got out of the joint myself in ’86.  Of all the people I have ever asked that question, my father, who passed from Alzheimer’s, guessed the closest.  And he was way off.  Any takers? M-o-r-p-h-e-u-s(at)T-i-t-a-n-i-a-n-s dot Org, hit me up. No cheating.

That was a trip, I watched my father Joseph, who was a master machinist, a guy who was so good at his craft for his last 10 years working never scrapped a part.  In aerospace rework for god’s sakes.  He would be working on Frn$80,000 turbines with plus or minus .0001 inch and not ever scrap a part, without a standard computer.  He just used the one that was attached to his brain stem. This type of precision, not only is unheard of, many machinists would say impossible, over a 10 year period.  Of course that is all hearsay, that’s what he told me.  He told me it would give him a migraine to ever scrap a part.  One time the inspector told him his part failed, he went to the ac unit and noticed the temperature was off.  He readjusted the temperature to the correct temp and few hours later guess what… part passed.

I saw this guy, my dad, go from this insanely gifted artist, with a totally unforgiving substance: metal. If your a painter and you make a mistake, paint over it.  Your a machinist and you make a mistake take 80 grand and light it on fire! One in particular, I remember him working with was an alloy called Monel, very difficult to machine, has titanium in it.  Same ingredient they make the SR-71 Blackbird out of. Ya know, the SR-71 Blackbird has the equivalent power of 90 locomotive engines to power that bad boy.  Top speed and ceiling even today…classified.   It rips across the sky, horizon to horizon at more than 80,000 feet in less than 3 minutes, damn that’s stepping out!  To being transformed into this guy, who didn’t even know my name, to forgetting how to eat and then how to breathe.  Took his last breath with me holding on to him.  That was really whacked out.  He died from a disease that statistically men at 70 have a 1 in 2 chance of getting.  Yet we study Breast cancer!  Lol!

The perspective I gathered from that little trip is, “we may not all be beautiful, however we all, unless we die from an accident, will end up like him: 90#, in a diaper, someone feeding you, wiping your ass.”  Reality check, hope your coming home.  Hope is for idiots.  There is no Calvary, interesting choice that is where Jesus was martyred.  The Calvary has to be sent out FIRST, in order for them to come and save the day.  Here is the deal though, I am the Calvary, and you are the Calvary, and Neo is at the tip of the spear right now.  It’s only what you DO in life that matters.  Not what you hope for, what you DO. On the BORG Main Stream Media (BMSM), not much more than a blip about Neo’s racking of the shotgun in DC nor the arrest.  Well they said a little however, this is genuine NEWS!  A seeming normal coherent war veteran, who marginally lost his run for congress for his home state of New Mexico, had his own Russia Today (RT) TV show, terrestrial radio show host, internet radio show host.  He even plays Rugby! I know he gave me his Rugby shirt. He is one  badass sum of Guntch. (new word I just invented ha ha).  I have the distinct pleasure know him well, personally!

Haha, we ever were arrested together.  We were at the “border check point” between Arizona and California. These guys are so incompetent, they set up the “border”, Checkpoint Charlie 80 miles north of the border of Mexico!  We were en route to Peymon Mottahedeh of Freedom Law School annual Freedom Conference. I was able to hustle up a ride with Neo, Nick Barnett and Drew Phillips.  The BORG Border agents had the dogs sniff out the Mary Jane who was also in the car.  They ended up stealing a grinder that Neo had for years.  What a bunch of worthless, incompetent, losers the Border Patrol are.  Even messed with a friend of mine Pastor Anderson.  He kicked their asses in court, with the help of another friend of mine Attorney, Marc Victor

At the event Neo, is the keynote speaker and given the Freedom Award.  Neo tells the story really well.  He gets up and tells the audience about the arrest and “What privilege to be arrested such a strong group of ‘professionals'”, as he calls us each out of the audience by name.  He telling the story it is so freaking funny, I am rolling around along with most of the audience, hearing him recant the tale.  Man it is hysterical.  You got to hear him tell this one. It makes me smile even now and its 4:50:33 am.  They opened up the car and found a whole shitload of pocket constitutions and V-masks that I have been known to peddle.  It was so funny in retrospect that when we all get together one day soon it’s going to be mighty funny.

We also have the preamble to the bill of rights.  What is a ‘preamble’ mean ida know, let’s look it up.  In my day we went into this thing called a book and looked it up.  Now we have these really kewl devices called computers and you punch it in.  Trouble is we have such mindless drivel like football, dancing with the stars, stop lights, mortgages for 30 years, sales tax, IRS and the worst of all, BORG agents.  These are the people who always want to tell you what to do.  They have guns to enforce their supposed “Authority”.  They somehow derived their “Authority” from this insane process called “Voting”.  I vote with my money, my feet, my mouth and my pen. That’s it. If you believe you are voting any other way you are deluding yourself.  Even George Carlin agrees with me!

Basically they are saying any government is one step away from tyranny and we need to be very careful to restrain government.  The 10 amendments are to be interpreted in that light.  Problem is now, 2013, the government wants to micro-manage every single thing human beings do except breathe…and they are working on that too.  Is there anyone out there in the world that thinks any government is doing good job?  The answer to that question is unequivocally yes!  Who are those people you ask:  very simple, the ones getting money and power from it from the government.  You see the BORG government works perfectly, that is what you are in.  Guess what? Many of  you can’t see the forest for the trees.  Think of it as a pyramid structure that suppresses, eliminates, or destroys corrective feedback.

Let’s wrap this up, I am really running outta of gas here, maybe you are too.  When I was at Libertopia, I ran into my Bernard VonNot Haus, Foster Gamble, Bob Podolsky, Clyde Cleveland, Mike Badnarik, Patrick Henryold friend Bernard Von NotHaus, who brought  us the Liberty Dollar.  It’s crazy, I know all these guys.  They still haven’t sentenced him when he was con-victed  back in March 18, 2011. Its Oct 7 2013 that’s 2 years 6 months 18 days.  Bernard holds the record for the longest un-sentenced convict.  Why is that?  HELLO!! It’s because, when they sentence him. He can go for an appeal. I promise you, Bernard will swab the decks with their asses on appeal.  Bernard is no dope, even though, to my astonishment and a whole table full of respectable people he stated, “I can find no examples of a time when the Rothschild’s as a bank never did any back dealing, they were simply doing business.”

You should have seen everyone at the table jaw drop when he said that.  Foster Gamble, Cronus, Gaia, Mercury, Patrick Henry, Paul, Athena and myself. The conversation after that one was off the chart.  Even though, everyone at the table disagreed with him, it was really awesome to be in such fine company, that we could actually have a intelligent discussion on such a subject.

You wanting to say there was only only guy brave enough to stick his nuts on the chopping block for someone else, he didn’t know or ever meet?  Are you freaking kidding me?  He did stick it out and the BORG agents don’t have a freaking clue about what to do with it. You can my fee schedule says is 2 million per officer per occurrence.  You start waving that around and these people start standing at attention, really fast.

It goes back to Walking through the Valley of the Shadow of Death fearing no evil.  We are all in the valley of the shadow of Death, might as well fear no evil.  That is what it says to do.  What you don’t do however, is start waving 100 bills in the air, while you’re walking through it!  That is why the government went after Larken Rose, another hero of mine.  He taunted them, with full page ads in the New York Times – 861 dvd’s explained it all. ” Come on bring it on”, he said and you betchca baby, they did.  They slapped him in the ass with like 2 years and his wife had to do a year.  BORG Judge, Wouldn’t let Larken and  Kessa use THE LAW and his own evidence for their benefit.  They deprived him of time with his daughter.  Talk about cruel, heartless psychopaths, that is what these BORG agents are.  All they want is:  money and power.  Your in their way, watch out.  Now, that’s when doing time is really tough.

Neo doesn’t have that situation.  Sure he’s not getting laid right now.  He will when he gets out, that I assure you. Food is marginal, after a while you get used to it.  In federal, the food might be better.  You might have to kick a few guy’s asses.  I would not want to rumble with Adam even at my best.  Right before I went to solitary for 45 days the last time before I got out, I was benching 305 not quite 3 plates, not bad for a guy before I got locked up, never won a fight in my life.

Being you have read this far of my whacked out article:  Adam needs support.  He needs it today, he needs it every day. The Constitution and the 3 Organic Laws

Introduction to the new Constitutional Law and welcome to the revised Basic Course in Law and Government

It is my pleasure, as Founder of the Organic Laws Institute, to present this short introduction to Constitutional Law as viewed
through the prism of the other three Organic Laws of the United States of America, the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777 and the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787.  This introduction has been especially written for the student new to the concept of the strict separation of written law from unwritten law for a more accurate study of law and government.

I can begin this introduction, appropriately, with the devious Preamble to the Constitution of September 17, 1787, the unofficial beginning of the last of the four Organic Laws, because I started my basic research into the much easier to understand transition of the federal courts in territories as those territories were admitted into the Confederacy, the United States of America, under the authority of the Articles of Confederation.  That research established that none of the federal courts have been ordained and established as judicial courts-they were merely legislated into existence. That research was easy compared to unraveling the Preamble:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The court research was easily confirmed by the way the Constitution of September 17, 1787 treated the alleged highest officer of the alleged highest federal court-the Chief Justice. The only duty imposed on the Article I, Section 3, Clause 6 Chief Justice is stated as follows: “When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside.”  Clause 7 of Section 3 of the first Article then makes it clear that Impeachment is a non-judicial proceeding resulting only in removal from office. It was now apparent to me that the Constitution was not what everyone believes it to be. Almost every natural born American believes he or she to be a Citizen of the United States and a member of the posterity of “We the People of the United States,” and that conclusion is exactly the misconception Gouverneur Morris was after when he wrote the Preamble. Gouverneur Morris is widely credited with writing other parts of the Constitution of September 17, 1787; he is one of only five men to sign both the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution. Gouverneur Morris knew both documents so well he managed to write one sentence that has fooled billions.

The language in the Preamble is some of the most duplicitous ever written yet every word has some truth in it.  The phrase, “We the People of the United States” in the Preamble to the Constitution of September 17, 1787, is never properly interpreted to mean the free inhabitants of the United States of America, who have become Citizens of one of the two kinds of States of United States of America. The accuracy of that interpretation is proven by asking, where do the people in the nine Article VII Conventions come from? Here’s how to make the constitutional connection between, “We the People of the United States…do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America” to the People meeting for “The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.”  “We the People of the United States” and the “Conventions of nine States” are the same “People”.  Free inhabitants had given up their freedom to become Citizens of the United States, just so they could vote in favor of State ratification of the Constitution of September 17, 1787, Taking on the mantle of citizenship may not have been much of a burden in 1787, but it has grown to be quite a hardship today.

Article IV of the Articles of Confederation secures to the free inhabitants of the several States of the United States of America the right to live free of government without any loss of the privileges and immunities of State citizenship:

The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union, the free inhabitants of each of these states, paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from Justice excepted, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states; and the people of each state shall have free ingress and regress to and from any other state, and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce, subject to the same duties, impositions and restrictions as the inhabitants thereof respectively, provided that such restriction shall not extend so far as to prevent the removal of property imported into any state, to any other state of which the Owner is an inhabitant; provided also that no imposition, duties or restriction shall be laid by any state, on the property of the united states, or either of them.

When a free inhabitant becomes a Citizen of one of the two Unions that free inhabitant suffers a net loss in freedom, which is worse if the non-perpetual Union is picked.  The original stated purpose and intent of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 was to make revisions to the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777, which would make the administration of the Northwest Territory more efficient.  This was, of course, a subterfuge to hide a government power grab led by George Washington and supported by both the States and the federal government. Both the federal and State governments were becoming painfully aware that unless uprisings such as Shays Rebellion were ended permanently and soon every State and local government would be in danger of collapse.  In the end the Articles of Confederation were revised by the misrepresentation that the Constitution created a “more perfect Union” that Union was first created as a not so perfect temporary one by the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787.

Now, practically every American believes himself or herself to be among “We the People of the United States,” the “more perfect Union,” without realizing that by being one of the “People of the United States” much freedom is lost.  Because of the complexity written law, hardly anyone knows the Articles of Confederation have not been replaced or repealed.  The perpetual Union of States of the United States of America bound to Article IV of the Articles of Confederation is dormant not dead.  My Organic Law Institute can help you awaken the sleeping giant, the United States of America. Dear Mr. Manning:

I wish only that I had written to you earlier. Like hundreds of thousands of other people – and perhaps many more – I consider you to be an ethical person, a hero, someone who did the right thing in exposing the mass murder, corruption, lies, and the vicious nature of the U.S. government and its obedient minions, who follow orders without a thought as to the nature of these orders or their true criminality. Your actions took not only great moral conviction, but great courage in the face of blindness, indifference, stupidity, and willful evil.

This quality you possess is not valued highly in a nation that is rapidly mimicking the experience of the German people under the Nazi regime in the 1930s and 1940s and under the Soviet regime from 1917 until the 1990s. As you probably know, “just following orders” was the defense that the Nazi war criminal Adolph Eichmann uttered during his show-trial in Jerusalem. In a similar way, the ignorance – and even more, the moral vacuum – of the American people has enabled them to permit their government to slaughter between four and six million people since the close of World War II, and people like you are helping to expose and bring to light this vicious practice so that they cannot pretend any longer – living a lie. Ignorance is a natural state for all of us (after all, we are born without knowledge), but an evil intent is worse – much worse. And you have exposed it by your actions.

Your heroic act and despicable betrayal by an obedient “patriot” has forced Americans to look into the mirror and see what it has become – a sick parody of cruelty come to life. Most Americans are not aware that the armed forces, through its sanctions program, committed the equivalent of a WTC attack on Iraq on a frequency of every three weeks for ten years from 1990 to 2001. They are unaware that Secretary of State Madeleine Albright even proudly admitted that these sanctions had killed more than 500,000 Iraqi children as of 1996 on the “60 Minutes” program when interviewed by Leslie Stahl. This went without even a peep of protest among “good, clean, god-fearing Americans” whose government is now persecuting you for daring to rip the veil off the evil. And this evil sanctions program continued until the post-9/11 war began and a new kind of slaughter took center stage. As you can see, the total of victims reached perhaps one million by then (after another five years of sanctions), and perhaps another 500,000 to 1 million have died in the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan since then. This ghastly total, plus three million more Vietnamese (Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara’s figures) people burned, shot, and blown to smithereens in the Vietnam War and many tens of thousands poisoned since then by our chemical weapons there have made the US a bona fide terror state. And now the boobus Americanus wonders why people shake their heads in disgust at the Nazification of America’s government and its obedient servants and cheerleaders in death.

Sadly, this willingness to victimize others is not a quality possessed only by the “right” of the political spectrum. In no less a cruel and cowardly manner, the “left” is willing to use the coercive tools of government to victimize others who do not fall into line with their regimented, Procrustean ideas about wealth and hatred of economic liberty and free association. They have elevated the sin of envy to a green-colored sacrament, just as the war-mongers have elevated mass-murder to a red-toned virtue. This type of fascism applies equally to those who invade other countries and those who invade others’ wallets. They are both cut from the same cloth in their willingness to coerce otherwise peaceful people into obedience. It is heroes like you who help to expose these evil practices, and I wish you all the best in your brave stand. Surely you must be an example of all that is best in humanity to those who lock you behind bars.

I am sad and disgusted at the treatment you received by people who live off of my tax dollars – dollars that I am forced to pay against my will to support great evil. I am sorry that you have been denied justice by your imprisonment for doing well, for doing right. I am sorry that a despicable judge presides – much as the callous Nazi judge, Roland Freisler (who was a communist before he was a Nazi; big difference, eh?) – who presided over the kangaroo-court trails of the heroic Sophie Scholl, her brother, their philosopher teacher, and the other heroic young members of the anti-Nazi movement called The White Rose. If you ever have a chance, there is a 2005 film about it called “Sophie Scholl: The Final Days.” Your actions remind me of the heroic behavior of these young people. I hope you can someday enjoy it.

While you may not know it and the locked-down media of this country will not permit its discussion, you are considered a hero by millions of people around the world. Your imprisonment is an indictment of the government that rules over us all. It is an indictment of President Obama, who has mimicked George Bush, who has mimicked Bill Clinton, who has mimicked George H.W. Bush – and on and on, one criminal in the White House after another – all elected by the shameless people of the USSA.

In a way, perhaps we are all prisoners. Those of us out here – on the outside of your prison walls – will not admit this about our existence. To do so would come too close to the truth of things. You, having been kidnapped and thrown in a cage, cannot lie to yourself in this way – as we on the outside can, if we are so cowardly as to allow ourselves such a delusion. But just as “truth is treason in an empire of lies,” your imprisonment is a metaphor for what this country has become. None dare admit how deep is the pit into which our government and its obedient “respectable” servants have descended or how low they have gone and will surely go.

While the tone of this letter is depressing in a way, it is only dark insofar as it is a stark contrast to the spark of bright light that has illuminated us. You are that spark, and your light has sent the cockroaches into a frenzy of cover-up and fear. The president’s lies are piled higher each day, and his minions must lie themselves into tangles of excuses and lies. And they are helped because we live in the United States of Amnesia, to steal a phrase from Gore Vital. Americans love to be lied to and promised this and that so that they can avoid the pain of thinking and acting righteously. That’s why you have been imprisoned.

I hope you know that you are in a long line of heroes, and your name will live far beyond that of anyone who imprisons you – all of them forgettable because of their faceless, nameless banal cruelty – which is so common that it is as forgettable as yesterday’s dirt. You are not forgettable. They can put you in a hole and try to hide you from the world, but your light shines out of it and acts as inspiration. You already know that Edward Snowden was inspired by you to expose even more lies, and he is making a laughing stock out of Obama and his supporters as well as the Republicans who are identical in their twisted behaviors.

You really are an inspiration – even if the people who can receive the light of your example and enable it to illuminate their path are not the ones who hold the keys to your cell or have their scrofulous hands on the levers of power. Your brilliant example cannot be contained, and those who now persecute you will one day be ashamed. And those who know them will be ashamed of them. This has all happened before in one way or another, and while your suffering is beyond my experience, I hope that in realizing how cherished you are by so many, you will receive some comfort.

If this letter helps to bolster your spirit in any way, it has done its job. I chose to go beyond merely telling you how wonderful your acts are. Instead, I chose to tell you why they are heroic and why they are good and why they are to be admired. This required me to rattle off a list of depressing facts – a parade of evil that serves – by its contrast – to bring into high relief the nature of your inspiring behavior. I hope your family is proud of you. I hope your neighbors are proud of you. I hope – even more important – that you continue to be proud of your actions and to retain your faith in their high value.

The hearts of human beings all over the world are with you – even if you can’t possibly know it from where you sit and even if they cannot give voice to it. I hope that this letter is at least a teaspoon in that ocean of goodwill.

You make me want to believe in god more than all the believers in the world. Perhaps you are the greatest proof that such a thing is possible. God bless you, Bradley Manning

Americans Giving Up Passports Jump Sixfold as FATCA Rules Loom

Americans renouncing U.S. citizenship surged sixfold in the second quarter from a year earlier as the government prepares to introduce tougher asset-disclosure rules.

Expatriates giving up their nationality at U.S. embassies climbed to 1,131 in the three months through June from 189 in the year-earlier period, according to Federal Register figures published today. That brought the first-half total to 1,810 compared with 235 for the whole of 2008.

The U.S., the only nation in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development that taxes citizens wherever they reside, is searching for what it calls “tax cheats” in offshore centers, including Switzerland, as the government tries to curb the budget deficit. Shunned by Swiss and German banks and facing tougher asset-disclosure rules under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, FACTA more of the estimated 6 million Americans living overseas are weighing the cost of holding a U.S. passport.

“With the looming deadline for FATCA, more and more U.S. citizens are becoming aware that they have U.S. tax reporting obligations,” said Matthew Ledvina, a U.S. tax lawyer at Anaford AG in Zurich. “Once aware, they decide to renounce their U.S. citizenship.”

FATCA somehow requires foreign financial institutions to report to the Internal Revenue Service information about financial accounts held by U.S. taxpayers, or held by foreign entities in which U.S. taxpayers hold a substantial ownership interest.  The US government is the biggest bully on the planet, other institutions, in sovereign nations, are buckling to the will of the, Out of Control BORG GOVERNMENT.  It was estimated these Draconian rules will suck 8.7 billion FRN’s into the coffers over 10 years, according to the congressional Joint Committee on Taxation.

The people that are expatriating are some of the most wealth individuals in the US.  Their wealth will not be able to be used creatively for projects that will improve the quality of life for those living in the US.  As more and more people continue to see the US not as the light on the hill but the “Policeman” who’s actions mimic the greatest Criminals mind ever created. Those people with their resources will continue to leave and find places they can be left alone.

Delaying Implementation

The 2010 FATCA law requires banks to withhold 30 percent from “certain U.S.-connected payments” to some accounts of American clients who don’t disclose enough information to the IRS. While banks can sign agreements to report to the IRS individually, many are precluded from doing so by privacy laws in their jurisdictions.

The Treasury Department last month announced that the IRS will delay the start of FATCA by six months until July 1, 2014, to give foreign banks time to comply with the law. The extension of the act follows a previous one-year delay announced in 2011.

Financial institutions including Canada’s Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) and Allianz SE of Germany have expressed concerns that FATCA is too complex.

The latest delay comes after the Swiss government agreed in February to simplifications that will help the country’s banks implement FATCA.

Penalty Threat

“The United States wishes to ensure that all income earned worldwide by U.S. taxpayers on accounts held abroad can be taxed by the United States,” the Swiss government said on April 10.

Since 2011, Americans, who disclose their non-U.S. bank accounts to the IRS, must file the more expansive 8938 form that asks for all foreign financial assets, including insurance contracts, loans and shareholdings in non-U.S. companies.

Failure to file the 8938 form can result in a fine of as much as 50,000 FRN’s. Clients can also be penalized half the amount in an undeclared foreign bank account under the Banks Secrecy Act of 1970.

The implementation of FATCA from July next year comes after UBS, Switzerland’s largest bank, paid a 780 million FRN penalty in 2009 and handed over data on about 4,700 accounts to settle a tax-evasion dispute with the U.S. Whistle-blower Bradley Birkenfeld was sentenced to 40 months in a U.S. prison in 2009 after informing the government and Senate about his American clients at the Geneva branch of Zurich-based UBS AG. Compliance Costs

The additional compliance costs for companies to ensure that Americans they hire are filing the correct U.S. tax returns and asset-declaration forms are at least 5,000 FRN’s per person, said Ledvina.

For individuals, the costs are also rising. Getting a mortgage or acquiring life insurance is becoming almost impossible for American citizens living overseas, Ledvina said.

“With increased U.S. tax reporting, U.S. accounting costs alone are around 2,000 FRN’s per year for a U.S. citizen residing abroad,” the tax lawyer said. “Adding factors, such as difficulty in finding a bank to accept a U.S. citizen as a client, it is difficult to justify keeping the U.S. citizenship for those who reside permanently abroad.”

(Fairfax, VA)– The ADAM VS THE MAN team attended a second bond hearing for Adam Kokesh this morning at 9AM. He remains a political prisoner at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he is being held because of charges that were filed after the police raided his Herndon residence on July 9, 2013. Adam’s initial bond hearing was Monday, and he was granted cash bond at $5,000- meaning that he would have to pay the bond in full and in cash in order to be released. Adam chose to appeal Monday’s decision. The public defender argued that Adam is not a flight risk, has no indication of being a threat to the community, and has a history of appearing at his court summons on time, every time. A guard was quoted by the public defender noting that Adam was “a pleasant person” and the detention center staff have had “no problems” with him. The public defender also noted that no illegal weapons were found inside the residence, and Adam is denying possession of any illicit substances that were purportedly obtained during the search.The judge denied Adam’s request for personal recognizance, and provided Adam two options for his release, both contingent on the payment of the $5000 cash bond. The Virginia State Police feel that Adam is a flight risk,and set additional conditions for his release, both of which would be supervised. Firstly, two lieutenants and a deputy of the Virginia State Police and the Fairfax County Police would be required to be notified of Adam’s release. Secondly, Adam would not be allowed to possess a firearm or be in contact with those who own firearms. These conditions are worse than those granted to a convicted felon. The other option that the judge offered was to allow Adam to stay in a local homeless shelter, if the requirements specific to firearms could not be met.

It should also be noted that the affidavit that allowed Raymond Morrogh to pull the warrant for the Virginia State Police is still sealed at this time. The judge has not yet seen the affidavit.

On the afternoon of July 18, 2013 Adam was served with an additional warrant in the District of Columbia, regarding the alleged firearms violations stemming from his July 4th YouTube video, as well as a retainer issued by Fairfax County. Adam cannot move forward on the Federal charges unless he is released or posts bond. Since he was denied personal recognizance today, his only available options are to pay the $5000 cash bond, or remain a political prisoner until at least October 2nd, provided that lab results on suspected drugs supposedly obtained in the search have been released. The public defender made it clear in court today that it is unlikely that the tests will be completed by October 2nd.

This is a clear violation of a peaceful activist’s right to a fair and speedy trial, for the sole purpose of feeding the local authorities and US Parks Police’s vendetta against him. The government overreach present in this case has been highly specious, and serves as a prime example of the repeated attacks on the civil liberties of all who stand to challenge its monolithic oppressive force.

Now is the time for all free, beautiful and independent individuals to come together to support the plight of an inspiring independent journalist, and to stand together in solidarity to make it clear that the public will not stand for this gross violation of natural rights. In order to obtain appropriate counsel for this landmark case, Adam needs to raise $10,000 in order to obtain appropriate counsel, in addition to the $5,000 cash bond. He needs to do this in order to move forward in the legal quagmire that the US Parks Police has established in coalition with local, state and federal authorities of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

MOSCOW (AP) — National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden wants asylum in Russia and is willing to stop sharing information as a trade-off for such a deal, according to a lawmaker who was among a dozen activists and officials to meet with him Friday at the Moscow airport where he has been marooned for weeks.

Snowden appeared nervous, but in apparently good health during the meeting behind closed doors in the transit zone of Sheremetyevo airport, Duma member Vyacheslav Nikonov told reporters.

Human Rights Watch provided a photo of Snowden at the meeting, the first new image to appear of the former NSA systems analyst since the Guardian newspaper broke the story of widespread U.S. Internet surveillance based on his leaks.

Whether Russia would be willing to take Snowden up on his request is unclear. The Kremlin has signaled that it wants Snowden out. But granting asylum would be a diplomatically risky move, threatening to worsen Moscow-Washington already strained by U.S. criticism of President Vladimir Putin’s crackdown on the country’s opposition and Putin’s allegation that the U.S. is meddling in Russian affairs.

But it would allow Putin to portray Russia as a principled defender of human rights and openness, despite the fact that it allows its security agencies to monitor the Internet.

Dmitry Peskov, Putin’s spokesman, told Russian news agencies after the announcement that Russia has not yet received a new bid for asylum and that Putin would continue with his insistence that Snowden stop leaking information.

Both Nikonov and Genri Reznik, a lawyer who participated in the meeting, said Snowden was willing to stop leaks.

“He said he was informed of this condition and that he can easily accept it. He does not intend to damage the United States’ interests given that he is a patriot of his country,” Nikonov said. However, it is unclear whether Snowden still is holding onto potentially sensitive information about U.S. intelligence operations.

Snowden is believed to have been stuck in the transit zone since June 23, when he arrived on a flight from Hong Kong, where he had gone before his revelations were made public. He had been expected to transfer in Moscow to a Cuba-bound flight, but did not get on the plane.

“I’ve heard that a lot in the past weeks,” Snowden said, smiling ironically.

Snowden made an initial bid for Russian asylum, but Putin said he would have to agree to stop leaking before asylum would be considered. Snowden then withdrew his bid.

Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua recently have offered him asylum, but it is unclear if he could fly to any of those countries from Moscow without passing through airspace of the United States or its allies. Some European countries allegedly refused to allow Bolivian President Evo Morales to fly through their airspace on his way home from Moscow last week because of suspicions that Snowden was on his plane.

In a text of his opening statement at the meeting released by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks, Snowden said he wanted to accept all asylum offers and travel to the countries that have made them “to extend my personal thanks to their people and leaders.”

He also denounced the United States for what he said was pressuring its allies to block him from their airspace. Snowden could be hoping that Washington would not risk trying to block a flight he was on if he had Russian asylum.

In the short term, he could also be seeking Russian asylum simply as a way of being able to get out of the airport and move freely.

How long a decision would take is unclear. Anatoly Kucherena, a member of a Kremlin advisory body who was at the meeting, said the process could take two to three weeks. But Putin’s imprimatur could accelerate the process, as it did when French actor Gerard Depardieu was granted Russian citizenship in a matter of a few days.

The activists at the meeting included Sergei Nikitin, head of Amnesty International’s Russia office, and Tatiana Lokshina, deputy head of the Russian office of Human Rights Watch. Also taken into the meeting room was Russia’s presidential human rights ombudsman Vladimir Lukin.

They came after an email in Snowden’s name was sent on Thursday. On Facebook, Lokshina posted the text of the email, which says in part that Snowden wants to make “a brief statement and discussion regarding the next steps forward in my situation.”

Hundreds of journalists flocked to the airport, but were kept in a hallway outside the meeting area which was behind a gray door marked “staff only.” It was not clear if Snowden would have to come out that door or if he could exit by another route.

Russia has said it cannot extradite him because by remaining in the transit zone he is technically outside Russian territory.

Although the meeting left Snowden’s fate still uncertain, it at least confirmed where he was; speculation had swirled that he had been spirited out of the country.

“We found for ourselves that he is real, he’s no phantom,” said Kuchurena.
